Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages after they have been scanned as delivered by USPS or UPS. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, you will need to file a domestic claim with the carrier:

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We plan to offer international shipping in the future.
